Healing Through Movement Classes

Movement is key in our body’s release of stress, old patterns, pain, stuck emotions, unlearning harmful habits and more. ‘Have you noticed how much better you feel after dancing, walking, swimming, working out, hiking, etc.? Why? It is because our bodies are born to move, literally. Moving the body is one of the simplest ways that we can heal both our body and mind. Being dance instructors and Reiki healers, Artul and Kraken help people unlock their full potential of their bodies and access the healing potential of movement. Every class explores your unique abilities and showcases your desires. Try out our new movement class, where you will discover a new way of being in your body and exhibit more balance, health, clarity and happiness. They will end each class with a guided meditation & Reiki group healing.

The classes are every Friday 17:00 – 18:15 (75 minutes) at Prana Lounge Colombo.
