The Fitfuge training programs are designed by incorporating the three main pillars of fitness which is Strength (muscular skeletal health), Aerobics (Cardio and pulmonary performance) and Agility (flexibility and joint strength).
Currently all programmes are run online via Zoom. You can train from anywhere, whether you are on a business trip, on holiday or at home.

TRAINING OPTIONS:
(All sessions will be for duration of a maximum of one hour)
1. Group sessions:
– No restriction on numbers.
– Tuesdays & Thursdays (Morning batch 7.15am, Evening batch 7.30pm)
– Cost Rs. 6000 per month (Overseas clients $39)
2. Focused training sessions:
(These sessions will have more personal attention given in order to meet your specific fitness objectives.)
– Maximum 6 participants per session
– Cover up sessions can be scheduled in case you miss sessions (within the given month).
– Sessions can be switched according to your time schedule.
– Cost Rs. 1500 per session (Overseas clients $12)
3. 1-1 Sessions – Personal training sessions:
– For recovery and rehabilitation from injury
– Personalized coaching in fitness, nutrition and lifestyle habits
– Cost Rs. 7500 per session (overseas clients $40)
