Its individual and group guided sessions are based in a form of strength training that only uses the own body weight through rhythmic exercises called Calisthenics. They believe that daily exercise and movement is of course good for your physical health but specially for the mental stability. The benefits of exercising daily are unlimited and this is why they would love to help you include physical activity in your routine in a conscious, easy and fun way.

During the last 7 years, Uburn built a loyal Community of +3000 amazing humans that would meet week after week (sometimes not only once but 3 or 4 times!) to run, jump, play, chat and celebrate life outdoors. Now, due to the current situation, Uburn has adapted to the circumstances and is operating fully Online. As always we recommend to join the streaming group session as it is funnier and helps motivate each other but contact us to get more info regarding individual sessions.
The main coach is Udesh Hettiaratchi (call him Hetti or we won’t turn around!). Before starting Uburn, Hetti spend 10 years coaching Rowing in Lady’s College, guiding the team to win ASRA (Asian School Rowing Association) 2 times plus 8 National victories. Hetti is a nature and sports lover and you can feel his passion for fitness and coaching in each of his classes.
