Aisha Wahab is a 200Hour Registered Yoga trainer with the Yoga & Ayurveda centre, Pennsylvania. She is also registered with the global Yoga Alliance which keeps her accountable to the highest standards of safety protocol when instructing. Apart from the fundamentals of Yoga, her most recent certifications lie in Restoration, Ayurveda & Yin yoga which is most suitable for elderly, beginners & sportsmen. She is here to break all misconceptions about the Yoga practice:

Yoga ABC  (aimed at the absolute beginner)

Relax & Restoration (aimed at athletes, elders, anyone looking for a deep stretching session)

-Deep restoration & resetting of the body
-Slow paced
-Relaxing
-Good to be practiced after strenuous exercise
-Suitable for elderly people as well!

Power Flow (aimed at intermediate to beginner level)

-Active Yoga
-Vinyasa Flow
-Ideal for anyone looking for a physically active yoga flow
